Mike, YUP $2400 that is all in....re & re/ fluids, return old trans to GM and all tax in.
Once installed, (even by mechanic) the GM warranty covers it all incl labor if it fails, they fix it!

Oh yea. I've seen rebuilt trans on autozone for about that much. So, its worth it if you can afford it. Plus the warranty?! Can't beat that!
