Default 2006 Buick Rendezvous

My 2006 Rendezvous isn't starting after running normally prior to shut off. No power to the interior lights, the dash lights wouldn't come on when the ignition key was turned on. Checked power from the battery and there is power going from the battery to the fuse panel under the hood which leads to me to believe that the fuse panel is okay. It appears that there is a gap in the power which evidently goes through a fuse? Or a circuit relay? Or a ???. When this happened previously, a jump of the battery got the engine started, however, this time, the jump causes nothing to happen, the engine doesn't even crank and no lights come on. All in all, the car has stopped starting for an unknown reason to me.

Someone mentioned that their Rendezvous stalled while driving and they merely replaced a fuse or a relay, but they failed to say what fuse or relay.

Would appreciate any information or tips/solutions.
Thank you in advance.

Did you check all fuses, key on, with a test light?...if you have several fuses with no power, could be an ignition switch problem...

Check that pos and neg cables are clean at tight at the battery...

This I had happen to me also. It turned out to be my negative connection from the engine to the body. Check there and also as Tech II says about the battery connections. I fought mine for a while with the starter till I got tired of the no start and used the top post on my battery.
