Default 2006 buick lacrosse 3.8 timing cover gasket leaking coolant

I have a 2006 buick lacrosse with a 3.8 engine. The timing cover gasket is leaking coolant. It is not the plastic Tee fittings. Has anyone done this before. I was wondering if the engine mount has to come off. Does the oil pan have to come off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It'* rare for a timing cover to leak on one of these.

Is it possible that it is coming from the weep hole in the water pump?

Have you done a pressure test on the cooling system?

Are you positive it is coming from the timing cover gasket?

I am sure it is the timing cover gasket and not the water pump. It is to the right of the water pump.

Looks like the oil pan can stay on.

Is there a motor mount on the passenger side of the engine anywhere near the timing cover? If so, it will have to come off.

Im not sure but when I look down it looks like no mount is in the way. Maybe it is off to the side?

Your car has a different mount than mine. It has the torque bars on top towards the front. Every one of these that I've seen don't have the mount on the belt-side of the engine, and the engines that do don't have the torque bars like yours.

My 3800, for example, has a mount so much in the way that you have to remove part of the mount to change the belt.
