2001 Lesabre limited heat actuator
Hi
I searched info about the problem and I found alot but not exactly like my .
when the air condition on cold air it works fine , if I want to switch to hot air it still stay on cold , only if I turn Off the car and start again it blow hot air .
Allways from hot to cold it works .
the problem with move from cold to hot ... then I need to turn off the car and start again .
I look on the actuator behind the glove box , it spin well but it not spin from cold to hot situation .
It sound like actuator problem or something else ?
Thanks

True Car Nut
Sounds like the actuator, or possibly the blend door is getting stuck.
Try this: Instead of turning the car off and back on again, turn the blower all the way down and wait 30 seconds. Sometimes taking the air pressure off of the door will allow it to move when it is getting tired and/or sticky.

Thank you
maybe it electric issue ?
the AC controller dont send the volt to the actuator , do you have the wire diagram or you know the volts that go in those wires ?
