If they didn't check for AC ripple when you had the alternator checked you'll want to do that.

Ah, okay. The "two yrs ago" made me think we might not know how many miles on them. Thanks for clearing that up.

Were they replaced as part of fixing the current issue or before the current issue started?

they were replaced before the current issue someone told me to do this "Not Really Sure How Much You Kno About Cars.. But.. If You Start Ur Car an Take The Negative Battery Cable Off... If The Car Shuts Off.. Your Alternator Is Bad.. If It Stays Running.. Ur Battery is Bad.." should I ?

Not at all the kind of test you want to trust. You can have excessive ripple and this 'test' will show nothing. AC can interfere with the modules and cause drive-ability issues as well as pulsating/flickering lights.
If you have a dvom you can test for excessive ripple. Do you have the meter?

Sorry for the excerpt assembly. I want to make sure I have this straight:

1. Car did not have this problem about two weeks ago
2. Spark plugs and wires were changed about two weeks ago
3. Car now has this problem

How long after changing spark plugs and wires did this issue start?

Agree with carfixer007 on this one. Essentially this tests if the alternator is producing power at all. You've already done that at Autozone. This test doesn't test for defects that are not on/off charge/not charge etc.
