I need help locating ground wires, the issue is flicking lights at a stop car feel rough and then when im drive all feels good no codes the alt and battery is good checked at local autozone. what could be causing this issue. its my family car and need it fixed before inspection.
Welcome aboard!
Off the top of my head: I'd suggest you make sure the battery terminals are tight and clean. With low alternator speed and higher draw from accessories plus brake lights, sometimes they will have idle issues.
How many miles on your PA?
How many miles have you owned this car?
How many miles on your spark plugs?
How many miles on your wires?
What region does it live in?

#02-06-03-008D: Low Voltage Display on IP Gauge, Lights Dim at Stop Lights, Battery Discharged, No Start, Slow Cranking, Dim Lights at Ilde, Low Generator Output - (Jul 21, 200
The TSB is bout low voltage output at idle, causing the lights to dim/flicker.......
You said alt and battery were checked......by AutoZone? Normally, they would try to sell you something.....but unless they put it on a machine that would really load your system, I have my doubts about their test......
As mentioned, check for clean tight bat connections.....check chassis ground or neg cable....check connections at the starter solenoid.....check all grounds on the studs of the transmission.......
I would do my own load test: Get vehicle to normal operating temp: turn headlights on, blower on high, and rear defogger on, and check the output of the battery with a DVM.......a fully charged battery, with vehicle not running and no load on it, is 12.6 volts.......on a cold start, should go over 14.0 volts.......at normal op temp, 13.0 volts.......with the load I mentioned, 12-12.6, and then if you rev to 2000 rpm, should be 13 or more...
