Default 1999 buick lesabre vibrations

new problem with buick, having new tires and a 4 wheel alignment, I have eliminated most of the vibration when hitting 60 to 70 mph, the new problem is when I but on the brakes from 60 mph I get a strange feeling like the brakes are not performing like they should, I mean they stop ok, but there is a wobble or vibration, but this occurs just the one time, after that its ok, but when i go 60 to 70 mph on the interstate again and have to slow down or stop, I get that wobble vibration just once, this reoccurs each time, could it be the rotors on the front or something else, if I take off the rotors can they be inpected to see if they are warpped, also I have put on new pads 2 months ago, I did have bad tires, the belts had separated inside the tire, I got 4 new uniroyal tiger paws put on

If you come off the highway at 60mph, and you lightly apply the brakes, and the Steering Wheel shakes, front rotors warped....if SW doesn't shake but you feel a vibration in your butt from the seat, your rear brakes are warped.....

There are several reasons for pulsation....hot spots....rusted rotors....thickness variation....rotor runout.......you take measurements of variation and runout on the vehicle....if out of spec, rotor needs to be turned....but before turning, minimum thickness spec has to be checked that the rotor can be turned and not go below this spec....

Rotors are so cheap, most shops don't turn rotors anymore.....

I know I can get rotors at just about any parts store, my question is are they of good quality or should I get the rotors from GM?, I know the dealer ships are more expensive, but is the quality of the rotors better from the dealer or about the same from the parts store like o'reilly'*, auto zone, advanced auto, and NAPA?

I agree.....cheap is not the way to go......

But shop around....most stores have el cheapos, medium, and top of the line rotors.....the top of the line rotors are still much cheaper than OEM, and just as good.....

This may sound silly but have you checked your motor and transmission mounts ? Lately ?
