So I have replaced the FPR 2 times and both times it gave me 10 PSI. After the pump replacement and filter replaced I’m up to 42psi. Have I fixed the problem or am I still screwed?

Is this with vacuum applied to the FPR or not?

Is this with the engine running or not?

Remove vacuum line from FPR, plug off the vacuum line with something like a small phillips head screwdriver or screw or something, then what is the fuel pressure?

(just for testing, return everything to normal when complete)

So I think the problem was the theft deterrent system. It died on the side of the highway and said unknown driver when it used to say driver one. I was unable to get the car restarted and I’m pretty sure they towed it.

I don't think the theft deterrence system will disable a vehicle in the middle of driving. If so, there would be lawsuits when this causes an accident.
