Default 1995 Regal No Reverse Lights

Looks like my reverse lights stopped working. No blown bulbs, all fuses are good. I know theres a neutral safety switch on the transmission, along with a reverse light switch thats mounted on the steering column. Not sure where to start though. Any ideas? Thanks!!

There is no reverse light switch on the column.......you either have a column shifter, or a center console shifter....all either of them do, is move a cable that moves the lever on the tranny/transaxle switch.....

The only switch in the circuit is the transaxle switch on the transmission....

Disconnect C1 on the transaxle switch....terminal "D", orange wire, check for power with a test light(hot at all times)......no power check fuse in underhood electrical center....

now jumper Terminal "D" to terminal "F", light green wire......reverse lights should come on....if they do, transaxle switch out of adjustment or bad.......

If they don't, open in green wire to bulbs, bad sockets, bad bulbs, or bad ground....
