That night I had just got the nitrous jetted right and went through both my bottles. It sprays gas as well as nitrous down the Throttle Body. I usually get 18-19 out here in the country, and up to 24 on the highway @ 70 w/Premium.

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I ended up getting a new Obama motors 09 Impala SS. I started this journey looking only at used and then found myself getting newer and newer. I had an Impy SS for a rental and put about 1700 miles on it over a week period back in early May. I was very happy with the mileage (24-27 highway running non-premium) and impressed with the power. I decided to start looking at used 08'*. While doing that I found some new leftover 08'*. Well then I started comparing those to new 09'* and with all the rebates, I ended up getting a new 09!

I still think the GXP Bonne is a better looking car inside and out. I've always had a love for Bonnevilles and would probably have bought another one if they still made them new.

I drove an Impala SS not too long ago and I can understand how you would like it. I was not too impressed with the visibility and the suspension felt a bit mushy...at 110.

Ya, I can understand going for a new 09 SS over a 4 year old GXP. If there would have been an 09 GXP with improvements like a 500+ HP Northstar that the Caddy V-series have, I would have traded up this year. I'll be keeping the GXP for a Sunday car but wanting fresh myself.

I forgot to mention my old Bonneville is back in town. I traded it back in March 06 for my new Trailblazer. My parents then bought it and gave it to my grandmother to drive since her Lumina was a POS. It had 34k miles when I traded it.

Sadly, my grandmother passed away from cancer at the end of April. The Bonne hadn't been out of her garage since November. After the funeral, my mom brought the car back to her house. I checked the miles and it had less than 44k on it. My mom is now driving it daily instead of her gas hog Navigator.

I attached a couple crappy cell phone pics I took of the car at my parents house last month. Also a pic from when I owned it.

I still love the look of the 2K Bonneville and especially the GXP.
I came across this 2005 on Ebay:
Pontiac : Bonneville:eBay Motors (item 220426947557 end time Jul-02-09 13:46:45 PDT)
...and the "asking" price is $15,000 for 46,000 miles.

Mine is over 75,000 miles.... 4 years old...

I just hit 42k. These cars sure lost their value quick. Like it was a Cadillac or something.
