I highty doubt that you will get speeding tickets from onstar

Sorry about the double post. Man, if you think we've got it bad, just look at those poor buggards with Escalade EXTs. That wouldn't stop me from buying one. I'd just find a way to wire an ignition-disable into a secret part of the car, or on a keyless-remote. I wonder-if you install remote-start, will they still be able to start the car without the key? I guess that'* one reason the new Corvette doesn't have a key. Can't exactly strip the ingniton of a car without an ignition column!
