Ya its true. The front of my drivers side panel came loose where it starts on front fender and when I went in for an oil change, I asked if they could put back in place.
They told me it happends frequently and I had to call and make an appointment to leave car at the body shop section for a day and they will remove the whole panel and reattach with better stronger tape, so they stuck a new piece of tape on and its in place but sticks out, pisses me off every time I see it thinking "what it gonna look like when thy pry the whole dam panel off". I losing faith in the local Mr. goodwrench and dont want a local shop touching the car. Thinking I outta start taking car to Caddy dealership in a bigger city

I've been thinking just to wait till I get the metalflake clear gloss coats on, (latests idea, not sure but I am going to make "mine") then have that guy put them back on with urethane/cyanic adhesive. If it'* works for the shuttle tiles it should work on body panels.
