My pin w/ bushing won't go back in. Was also very tough to remove. Has anybody just said heck with the bushing and replaced the pin without it? Pin slides perfectly without bushing.

The pin and the bushing need to both be there or you'll just end up with the pulsating again, and most likely a hung pad. If the pin doesn't glide smoothly through the bushing, it time to replace them. I have sanded the pins down before with other cars with mixed results.

We dont need multiple threads for the same problem. I'm closing this one.
