:Went to Dealer today to dump oil and add synthetic, get trim piece reattached and asked about just getting a bigger TB from larger Cadillac and he got tightlipped and said "Can you say GMPP voided?"

I can't believe you're actually considering the one from RSM. I mean, $600 for a throttle body!

I'd sooner check out that one on ebay, or try to modify something like an LS1 to fit.

What you spend , I quess is relative to what you can afford. I bought car cause I love it instantly and need a little distraction from wife dying.If you looked at the price of an OEM at Caddy dealer you'd see why I'm not balking at price. I think of mt bonnie as a "project car" and if I seize it, might be for the best~then I'll have to buy a bigger caddy engine, already checked lol, 4500 in crate plus shipping. I'm just having fun with my car man, and If I learn something from it and the people that watch post also, then thats COOL

By the way, have you contacted RSM yet? I have. I asked for a dyno sheet for their throttle body. They said they didn't dyno it, somebody who bought one did. "Yeah, okay..." Did you know a couple weeks ago they were charging $300 for the throttle body? What warrants a 200% increase in price? The average brand new throttle body is about $300, so WTF?
