Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

Wire length...I'm worried what I bought isn't enough!

Is there a way I can power them with my amp, the front speakers only?

The amp has hookups for 2 subs, so could I use one of the hookups to power the front speakers, and the other for the sub?
if its a mono amp just use it for the subs....

Okay, but the components will sound ok running off of the head unit?

Eventually I'll get another amp to power the speakers

Are components any harder to hook up than regular speakers? Sorry for being such a n00b.

Last question, I promise.

its really simple

you take the connection from the car wiring, hook that up to the crossover. then wire the midbass and the tweeter from the crossover....done
