Throwing together a temporary System tonight. - GM Forum - Buick, Cadillac, Chev, Olds, GMC & Pontiac chat

Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

That should do just fine for a temporary system

A little bass is better than nothing. I threw a almost 20 year old pair of JL W1'* in the Jeep I drove when my car was in the shop. Still beat good.

My front/rear door speakers and 6x9s wired to my 4-channel amp hit hard enough for me. I don't need a sub anymore. Kid stuff takes up too much trunk space.

Just got some free power wire from my buddies work.. Pretty thin but its industrial 600volt coated copper wire. It says 6 gauge but it doesnt look like it. And its pretty stiff... but should work fine.

Scratch the LA Audio amp. Using a Hifonics Apollo Series amp, and getting new wiring and a Optima Yellow top for the trunk today
