I haven't really gotten a good meter test, the one time I did it was the day after my car was finished, so on unbroken in 10w7s hit 139.x db and I didn't really know what tone to play, I just did some sweeps and I was in the car.
When I get my car back I really need to figure out what tone to play. First show is only 4 weeks away. I know I'm going to be in the low 140s. Which is great to me, sure there'* louder but I wasn't going for that. If I was I would of turned to box the other way and ported it.
Yes, I have a remote too, My installer is incouraging me to turn it louder than I feel safe in going, if it blows which I highly doubt it wll, he'll just have to replace it for free. gotta love the warrenty.
I'm looking forward into that "+140dB" sitcker that I'll be earning at some future MECA shows, Going to add some other stickers too, not too happy about it, but show points is show points,
3 stickers planned, 2 required 1 for fun
INTENSE Racing sticker on back in red,
MECA SQ in white small side window in back pass side
SLAP in white same on other side
