Bose doesn't give out #'* cause their #'* suck *** in home audio

No stock system will put out much worth measuring, but you can go to rad shack, spend $30 if you're really interested. I almost want to, just for tuning, and tuning my Hi Fi system.

108 from a stocker? I was thinking around 100 would be on par. Not bad.

I agree, 108 is quite loud. With my stock headunit and aftermarket speakers I can get low 90s.....

Ministry, Burning Inside, on a Radio Shack SPL meter. I $h1t you not. I was surprised. :P
I didn't bother measuring response. Just put the RS meter on c weighting, fast response, and max reading. So it'* not the most accurate.

I got one of those Radio shack meters too, I was search for my loudest Frequence, actually couldn't pick it up the time I used it. Planning on playing around with it somemore when I get my car back.

Bought the digital one and think it goes to 126db. I tested in the 110 range and everything came up 110. not one spike. I'll have to try lower volume next time.
testing being done with BassMechanic 5.0 CD, no music, just tones

I'll bring it to Bonneville fest for those that want to mess around with it.
