Default Replace standard audio with a Bose system??

Has anyone ever attempted to replace a NON BOSE audio system with a BOSE system from another Bonneville?? The reason: found a 99 Bonneville ssei with the BOSE system in it....I can get a hold of the AMP, all the wires, speakers, etc....Would it be a hard job to convert this over??? I have access to all wiring diagrams on Ondemand5.com to help me

I don't believe anyone has. I have the Bose in my Ei. To tell you honestly I doubt you'd be happy with the minor difference.

A different head unit and speakers make a larger difference than the factory Bose setup.

x2 IMO factory bose is a lil over rated to be a upgrade from standard stock equipment. would be just as easy(and alot better quality) to buy aftermarket.
