My CD player stopped working and I'd like to keep the stock stereo. I'm looking for someone with a stock AM/FM Cassette CD from a 2001. I don't know what year models will work, but I know a 2003 is different. What I want to do is remove the CD component from the stereo and use it in mine. The cassette player and the CD player are components that are removeable. AC Delco won't sell me just the CD player, but it just takes removing a few screws and unplugging the CD player and it can be installed in my stereo without having to deal with codes.
Let me know what you have and what you'll take for it. Also, let me know what you need and would swap for it. I've got a great "U-Pull" salvage yard with 3 Bonnevilles with a lot of good parts on them.
