sound deadening in a box doesn't have any effect on internal resonance... no No nO NO

polyfill is good if you are sure you need it :P

Sound deadening can, it'* not with resonance though. I'm talking about absorbing all sound. The tweeters in my Hi Fi speakers havea tapered tube behind them to absorb as much sound as possibel without affecting the tweeter'* dome.

DM 602 S3.

My parents picked up a HT setup.

Fronts - 601'*
Rears - 600'*
Center - LCR60
Energy sub.

It'* in our living room, not the best for accoustics, and i don't feel the 601'* are what they shoulda run. They could've gotten floor model CM'* for the same price but passed based on the cabinet finish color. $1000 bookshelves or $400 ones? Cmon....

Yea I hear ya. The best deals on B&Ws and when they are on closeout or floor models. The pricing on some of the new models is outrageous because of the dollar vs. euro.

Whats the latest on the box?
