here is a link to a page of my wiring diagram i got for my 02 SE bonnie. with out an BOSE AMP. right click and save as..... open with a picture editor.. not MS Paint... and zoom in and you can see where i outlined the 'cd changer' in a red box. i havent had the time to look for this in my trunk but should be there... correct me if im wrong!!

sorry. The wire harness is NOT there for the cd changer. I just checked the Aurora, and one of our Bonnevilles. None of them have the cd changer and none of them have the wiring for it.

Very nice to have a diagram, it gives me the impression that the CD changer used control leads that are tied into a common computer along with the radio and dash intergration unit. I do not get the impression that there was a direct cable between the head unit and the CD changer, so the cable may be there because of the computer intergration.

I'll see if I come up with anything after supper.

I do beleave the connector is there you will just have to remove the covers in the trunk.

You guys can still check if you want to, I might be wrong, but all I saw on the passenger side of the trunk was the wiring that goes to the ELC pump, a sunroof drain, and the wiring for the tail lights. That'* all I saw and there weren't any loose connectors hanging around back there. The only empty connectors I have in my trunk go to my Onstar which I disconnected and removed from the vehicle.

IF I did have this plug would it be safe to assume that it would be on the passengers side of the trunk only?

well i got mine from HoWy, he was kind enough to help me out. maybe check with him
also im ordered some service manuals and when they get here ill check to see if they have them and send u a copy
