Default Ipod connected thru xm

I'm running into the same problems a lot of users on here are with hooking up my ipod through the stock system. That being that i dont have a wiring harness for a cd changer in my trunk.

My question for those of you with much better tech knowledge than myself is if i would be able to run it into the system through my xm tuner. I don't use the xm, and never plan to, so wouldn't it stand to reason that all the wires i would need to splice into would be present in that wiring harness? i dont think i would be difficult finding a connector and making a custom harness for it.

So if this is possible does anyone have access to a wiring diagram which could help me determine which wire is what, so i can try to make this happen?

yes you can pac offers "auxillery input adaptors" that will work for your case perfectly. Also, if your xm was displayed on your radios display, your ipod will too. the part number is gm something or other. Look it up on pacs website and then look online for better prices.

Does anyone have access to a wiring diagram for either the xm tuner harness or the cd changer harness?
