Audio (and aftermarket electronics) This is your place for alarms, remote starters, to brag about your system, exaggerate your db levels, or simply ask questions for stock or aftermarket audio. No Flames! (except from roasted amps)

Start from the ignition switch and work backward. Let me know what wires you are trying to tag and i will give you the colors for each and their location.

ok...found which wires i need to use, but now i can't figure out how to remove the ignition switch itself, because it would be much easier to access the wires with it out. I've removed the bolts from the front and now i can't figure out how to get the ring around the keyhole out, because it won't come out without taking this piece off.

Are you talking about the plastic ring that has the marks that indicate start, accessory...? You honestly shouldnt have to pull the whole switch out because all the wires should be pretty easy to grab once you remove the under dash

Yeah, it shouldnt be that bad. two 7 or 8 mil bolts and the top is held in by a sort of body clips on the seam just below the where the steering column disappears under the dash. Let me know what wires you need to tag and ill tell you what each one is
