Default factory cd ERR 20??

I'm getting error 20 on one of my factory cd players. The damn thing won't even try to read a cd. Anybody know what this is, a way to fix it yourself, or where to send it out CHEAP??? I don't feel like paying $200 to Delco again.

Usually they have rebuilt ones in stock, and take yours and ship you a totaly rebuilt one the same day. All back to factory specs with new parts, with a 1 year warranty. They fixed the Infinity unit for my dads Dakota 3 years ago. We had them rebuild the same unit instead of taking a rebuilt off the shielf unit, it was ready in 2 days. It got a new equalizer, fader control, Digital Display (that was the origional problem) and CD mechanism for $200 because they were all out of factory spec.

They also put a Factory Replacement Antenna (from radio to the tip of the mast) in my 1995 Sonoma when it crapped out, for $26 installed. Same on my brothers 99 sierra.

United Radio has been around since 1926, very good place, not some hole in wall. The automotive OEM facility is huge, and deal with many of the local dealers on warranty work.

Mine would not play CD'* about 2 yrs ago. I took it apart and cleaned the lens with a small, soft paint brush and it'* been perfect ever since. You could see the dust on the lens.
