Default crunch or autotek amps

Has anybody had any experience with these brands, or know if either are any good?

I have heard of crunch but don't know anything about them, neither are real big names

just my opinion but I like to stick to the name brand stuff (Sony, JVC, Pioneer, Kicker, JL, Kenwood) because I know they have a good guarentee

Autotek used to be a GREAT company until they got sold to a company named maxxonics. They own crunch, autotek, mb quart, and hifonics. I know that I see guys all the time in db drag comps with crunh amps but I dont remember any models. If you want me to do a little research for you, let me know, but I do agree with crunkfunk, I would not put them in my car. 6 years ago, I would have loved to have an autotek amp though!!

My problem is money, i cant really afford a high powered name brand amp. I was also looking at some power acoustics amps as well.

I have some advice for you. First I would like to apologize. I mentioned that I would not put crunch in my car and left it at that. I am sure that to you, this would say that I am totally against that brand. What I should have said was that I am into more of the competition aspect of car audio. Not to mention I am a dealer. Because of these two points, I am able to afford the higher end brands a little better than most (but I still gotta save up for them). If I were in your situation, I would say its worth a try. If you would like, you could pm me your real budget and I will do some research on what options I can find for you.

Ok all i can afford right now would be an amp that is 120$ or less. It needs to be 2 ohm stable and be 1000 watts or more. Id like to stay away from a few brands such as lanzar, legacy, boss, soundstorm, and pyle.
