Wow, that bad? Ok, then what is a good 4 Channel Amp? I want to get 4 new speakers also, any recommendations?

depends on how much you are looking to spend on amps.. i have a ppi 4420 4 chan and its amazing...(older amp) but as for speakers... pioneer makes rockin 4 way 6x9'* im partial to Diamond Audio componet sets.....

Hmmmm, can you name some brands off? What about JBL, Rockford, Alpine, etc.... Probably looking around 150$ish for an amp.

Kenwood, Rockford, even some of th SOny amps are decent.... (even though i DID fry my 1000 watt digital amp...)

and infinity i really dont know that much about i know they make some BADASS subs

MTX is definitely a step or two up from Crunch....I would say go on Ebay and look for a used PPI (Precion Power Inc), RF (Rockford Fosgate), Alpine, Phoenix Gold, or some other high end amp. You'll get a nice quality unit for almost next to nothing.
