Sounds like somebody wired up a short circuit for you. The lowest possible impedance would be 1 ohm from 2 DVC 4-ohm subs in parallel.

that was a SVC sub thats kind of hard to mess up, u running speaker wire for ur groundwire for ur amp might have dont that. LOL
