Any ideas on why my stock deck is freaking out?

Any ideas on why my stock deck is freaking out?
My stock cd player will all of a sudden turn the volume all the way up and it gets very annoying having to turn it off then on then put the volume down and stuff. Any ideas why it'* doing that?
