I installed my aftermarket radio with axgm 04. My radio comes on but I hear no sound

I'm guessing the install is incomplete or the device is defective.

What did you install it into? Make, model and year would be most helpful. If it'* newer than 2000 Then you might not have switched power (ACC) at the radio harness. Please be more specific and then we can move forward otherwise take it to a reputable aftermarket radio shop.

By Reco'* profile it is a 2004 GMC Denali 6.0 . Unknown if this is a Sierra or Yukon, but probably doesn't matter between the two.
