Cool Radio swap

I'm looking to swap my factory radio that has no navigation with a factory radio that has navigation. Is this just plug and play or does anything else has to be done with wiring?

This is a 2012 Terrain?

I believe it will need to be reprogrammed by a dealer for the radio to work with this car'* VIN.

I also don't know if it has any differences related to the GPS.

Maybe:
