Default 2000+ Bose setup

Is the Bose amp on all the time? When the car is off you can hear a slight hiss sound coming from all the speakers like the amp is on, but it'* muted. Has anyone else noticed this ever?

That does not sound normal. When I had my bose in, it did not do that. Should shut off with everything else.
