01 Factory cd Player Swap

Can anyone tell me if i pull the factory tape deck and install a different factory deck that has a cd player will i have to have the dealer program it

Yes if the 01 in your subject title means 2001, yes you will have to go to the dealer to have them unlock the radio you put in.
