Default Very rough idle when coming out of park

Having an issue mainly coming out of park into drive. IT does happen rarely when idle in park. The engine will almost die then run back up to 2,000. It doesn't do it when driving she runs smooth. It will not do it while driving normal speeds. When it does idle rough at about 5mph you can put the gas down and it takes a few seconds to come to life. Any ideas? Vacuum line?

If you have a scanner you should also check your fuel trims as your idle may be fluctuating due to unmetered air from a VACUUM leak.

will a basic scanner show that? I just have a simple one. Yea I was thinking vacuum leak as well. Checked all the lines and they seem to be fine. The one in the way back is hard. They thing is that it doesn't do this all the time. That'* what throws me off if it was a vacuum leak I would think it should do it all the time. I filled up with a full tank of gas and put some fuel injector cleaner in case it might of been that as well. This seems like it might de difficult to find out what it is.

It may also be good to see about cleaning out your throttle body and IAC valve. If there is a bunch of junk plugging stuff up, it can cause similar issues at idle.

Just an update as it just happened again. Couldn't get video as I was in the middle of a road. She stuttered big time almost to the point of shutting off it seemed. Even pushing the gas pedal down half way doesn't get it to stop. You have to either rev it to the limiter or push the gas down a few quick times to where it will get moving and then have no problems. Only happens at 5mph or less. Any faster no problems.

Well got some throttle body cleaner. I should of looked at the back of the can first. Do not use on supercharged engines lol oppps. Not sure why but to late now I guess we shall see if I screwed something up and if cleaning that fixes the problem.

well cleaned that out really well still having same problems. Ran a scanner on it and nothing. If it'* the coils why don't I have the issue all the time instead of just coming out of park at slow speeds?
