Default 92 SE Very Rough Idle

My brother and mother were driveing my 92 around the other day and it died at the gas station and rather then call me had some random guy at the gas station look at it, Anyway the guy told them all my spark plugs went at once *rolls eyes* so they went and got new spark plugs and the guy put them in and messed with a bunch of other stuff under the hood and never got the car running. So on my way home from work they call me and tell me what happend so we pushed the car back to my house so i could figure the problem and after takeing one glance at it i noticed the power cord from the sending unit had come off some how so i cliped it back on and the car started right up, However its idleing very rough the exaust is alot louder and i hear air comeing out some place in the engine compartment only when its running. Any idea on what this guy could have done to my car and how to get this taken care of?

Hi Rockford,
I have question for you as I am having a no spark issue in my 94 SE. You mentioned a power cord was not connected. What does that power cord go to and where might I find it on my engine?
Thank you,
Aubie

Rock..check firing order and pull the plugs to see what he put in and if the gap is off. The air noise you speak of also makes me think of vacuum...check for loose or unplugged lines.

Check the resistance for all 6 plug wires.
