Default vaccum line

I have a question i noticed that on the top of my */c the vacuum line from the purge selionid the line runs up to a 3 way split my question does the outlet in the middle need to be capped off or open

Is it the big 3 tree on top of the supercharger? 1 big line going to the brake booster, another one going somewhere and an empty port?
