Default UPDATE: 00k+ Sway Bar Poly Bushings - Mixed News

Well...as mentioned last week, I ordered Energy Suspension sway bushings 9.5171 for the front and 9.5124 for the rear in black. Why black you ask? Because they are impregnated with graphite which helps alleviate squeeking (unlike the red ones).

The good news is the fronts went on ok. I ended up using the stock brackets since the grease fitting on the ES bracket would probably interfere with the steering rod between the rack and the tie rod end. :( There is a potential clearance issue as the suspension moves. I wasn't about to find out if there was. :P So you are probably asking, how will you grease them? I don't know yet, hopefully they will stay greased for at least a year. I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. :P

As for the rears, the bushings that come with the kit are too small for the rear stock brackets, so I'm stuck with the stockers. The stock brackets are P shaped and only have one bolt. The brackets that come with the ES kit are U shaped with two bolt holes. They won't work.

In summary, you could use the Energy Suspension sway bushings 9.5171 for the fronts with the stock brackets. The rears do not seem to have an option yet.

Driving home, the car didn't seem that much different with the front bushings replaced.

I think in the long run, I would suggest just doing the front and rear endlinks as posted by SilverBullet. Those endlinks made a nice difference in the car'* handling:
