In the past 154000 miles I had to replace the tranny mounts twice on my 96 SE. I'm selling it and buying an 03 SSEI and it feels like the mounts are shot. It has 69000 miles and driven by a 60 year old lady. My question is, Can the front left mount be modified like the earlier hockey puck designs or is there a eurothane aftermarket design available?
How many Tranny Mounts are on this model? It looks different than my 96 SE . Do you have to replace all of them? I know on my 96 it was best to change them all.

Also, something is wrong with the Oil Pressure gauge/unit. When you start the car the gauge does its self test swing from 0-120-0 but then pegs back out to120. Could this be as simple as a sending unit or could it be one of the computors?

I may be able to get the car for $7000 if she chooses not to fix the mounts.

its not the Trans Mounts...its the front motor mount. they are made of jello, i replaced mine with the solid hockey puck setup at 20K
