Question bose cd player

I'm a new guy on this site so sorry if this question has already been asked, but my cd player in my 2001 bonneville ssei keeps saying error and ejecting the disc. Is this because of a dirty lens, or is the cd player garbage?

Prolly if you don't use it much they do get dusty and such. Put in a cleaner disk and try that.
