You posted that right about when I was editting my post to you.
Make sure that there is no other display other than the check tire pressure. That is, have all the doors, and trunk closed, emergency brake off, etc. I've found that mine won't cycle through with the select button unless everything else is clear. Also, I believe that if you hold down the reset button for about 15 (or a bit more) seconds while the low tire pressure is displayed, it will reset it. That will at least take care of that problem, if the first directions don't take care of it. If it continues to be a problem, start a new thread so that everyone will see the new problem.
