Randall...I'm thinking you have a connection issue to the cluster if most stuff is working good. There are some known ribbon connection issues and I'd be inclined to start at the cheapest things.

Cruise to the parts puppies and have them test the battery and alternator. That'* the first and easiest thing. Then I'd look up loose data connectors and ribbons... These 00 guys have documented it really good lately.

This might be a long shot, but recently i had a problem with my 2000 SLE where the ABS, Tire Pressure, and other lights were going on. Also, my headlights with go out intermittently. Turned out to be a loose fuse box. Pulled the box, cleaned all the connections, put it back in and things have been working fine ever since. Like i said, might be a long shot, but your problem seems to be electircal. Who knows, you might get lucky!!!!

Randel, To reset that tire pressure monitor, you have to press & hold the reset button for a about 5 seconds. Make sure your tire pressures are all even before you reset.

the tire pressure reset you have to hold for what seems to be far too long... it says 5 sec in the manual, but it seems more like 10-15
