Default No air at all!

My 02 SLE blower motor has burned out! What the problem is. I need to know if i need to replace my evaporator, because it'* been soaking my passenger front floor with the a/c on
outside at 60 mph, you can feel cool air coming from the vents, but once i slow down i get nothing. I pull the blower out today and took the cover off and everything was fried. I need to know where all this water is coming from before i replace the blower motor!

My guess...
The evaporator is icing up big time since there is no air moving across it. At 60, the the little bit of warm air blows across the ice and melts it. But there should be a vent/drain somewhere to route the water out. The drain must be plugged?
