Hey gang! I need to know what the trick is to changing sparkplugs!! I cant quite even see the darned things let alone get to them., also I have a decent oil leak (valve covers) I think. but all the oil is on the bottom of engine not on or near exhaust manifolds, any ideas and how to properly diagnose?

Remove the cross brace between the struts to get to the back set. Makes life much easier.

As for the oil leak, could it be a head gasket? That would leak below the manifolds.

I have an 02 Impala w/ 3800. I know changing the plugs can be a challenge. The back ones are obviously the toughest.

First you need to do a forum search for "spark plug". You'll find more advice than you can imagine.

If you're changing plugs, I'd change the wires also. You'll probably break one or two trying to get them off the plugs anyway.

Take your time and Good luck.
