Pontiac Dad ,
did you ever make that solid motor mount like 2000 * B and I have ?
and if you did , how do you like it or not ?

Yes I built it but did not put it in yet, waiting to remove the cat which will be soon.

I didnt make mine out of aluminum but went with a strong plastic material used in the sawmill industry for impact areas and hard wear.

No, haven't even thought of doing that....must have missed the thread the first time around.

I'm assuming this is to reduce the rock of the engine under hard acceleration? Any noticable diffeence to the launch?

Theres a lot of flex in the jelly roll motor mount that came stock. The solid motor mount helps reduce the flex which keeps cai, headers and traction in place.
