What do you all think of recessing red leds in each of the 200 vents in the dash so that they glow red to match the rest of the instrument panel....?? Any thoughts on this from anyone?? Should i try it?

My only concern would be that the LEDs are directional, so you might get more light out of 1 vent then another..... and if you mount them with the "beam" facing out.... you don't want it visable directly to a passanger or your eyes..... they would be blinding.

Well me and BonneMeMN started to do this exact project with DrugRunner at a meet...never finished though. Same thing about the directional, make sure they aren't visible.

I've thought about doing this as well but I was thinking of more of a contrasting color like blue.
