How does one unplug the sun visor? I unscrewed the passenger side one on my 2003 Bonneville and there is a wire that runs into it but not plug that I could see.

Also, did you purchase new visors from the dealer or used? What ballpark of price are they?

The connector is behind the headliner. I got the visors at the dealer, but I don't remember the cost ... sorry.

I disconnected the visor for a couple of weeks now and the fuse hasn't blown. The short was in the passenger side visor. Thanks.

You're welcome. The visors had me stumped for a while until someone mentioned it to me. It is easy to forget that they have lights.
