I noticed my steering wheel doesn't lock

When I jacked up my car tonight I noticed you can push the driver and pass. side tire in and out. Does anyone know whats broke or is this normal?

my 92 did

i think its normal for our cars

Ok..that problem is fixed.

It'* normal in your year for the wheel not to lock.
