Default HVAC drain and How to remove steering wheel?

My AC drain is leaking on the passenger side floor so how exactly do I clean the drain and where is it?
Also, I need to change the steering wheel to a better condition unit.........how do I remove the airbag? Is it Torq screws from the back (I have done airbag wheels before and know the procedure to accomplish safely)?

There is a write up on cleaning your EVAP system. It references the drain. That should help you locate it.

Sounds like you should. As long as you have enough room between wheel, column and dash. It seems as though you just need to do them both at the same time. If not maybe you can Mcgyver your own tool.
