Default How to remove frozen power steering pump!!!!!

My power steering pulley is frozen and causing my belt to rip... And now im trying to remove the entire assembly from the engine but the holes in the pulley are not lined up with the assembly bolts and i cant move the pulley at all!!!!! Someone please help me around this

Only thing that comes to mind is to break the pulley off. Other than dropping the subframe down to get enough room to put a puller on it.
