Since I need a new LIM gasket 4-6 hours labor to do this bad boy, how do I know if the oil and coolant have mixed, because I heard this is a bad thing, and the motor is basically history at that point. Is there an easy way to tell, and how quickly should I get this fix done?

If the oil looks milky, or foamy you have coolant in your oil.

not necissarily history depends on how bad

pull the dip stick if it looks like chocolate milk the it'* mixed but usually if your LIM goes then it'* going into the cylinders and getting burt up then sent out the exhaust

Get that LIM fixed, and change your oil.

Going on what Mike1995 said, DO NOT start the engine until you change the oil, when I took my LIM off to supercharge it I had a ton of coolant in the oil pan, if you don't your repair list will start all over again with a new engine

Total LIM gasket failure is extremely uncommon. The more common issue that can kill a motor effects the non-supercharged motor. It'* upper manifold ruptures. Depending on how it'* handled..it can kill. Being charged, you should be pretty safe. A small amount of condensation is normal as the weather changes from warm to cold.
